Land development tax and fees

The land development tax and various fees in this union are given below:

(A) Court fee for application = 5 / - (Five rupees)

(B) Notice issuance fee = 2 / - (two rupees) (for not more than 4 persons) for every more than four persons will be charged as additional 0.50 rupees.

(C) Record correction fee = 200 / - (two hundred) rupees.

(D) Copy mutation ledger fee = 43 / - (forty three) rupees. Total = 250 / - (Two Hundred and Fifty) Taka 

If there are more than four people, the notice issuance fee will be charged as Taka 0.50 more per person. Note: If the mutation case is not disposed of within 45 days from the date of submission of application and any one claims additional fee for the said expenses, please contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Executive Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or Deputy Commissioner. .
